I’m Arthi. A lot of my work comes from my own lived experiences as a mother and a partner, so I understand how heavy intimacy blocks and emotional distance can feel. I help adults and couples move through intimacy challenges and relationship pain with compassion and a trauma informed somatic approach.

I support people navigating low libido vaginismus painful intercourse arousal or orgasm concerns erectile issues postpartum intimacy infertility and fertility stress menopause related changes and sexual trauma. I also work with couples facing communication issues conflict emotional disconnection infidelity healing rebuilding trust co parenting and conscious relationship work.

Alongside intimacy and couples therapy I help clients with anxiety depression trauma PTSD chronic stress emotional overwhelm identity concerns and low self worth. My sessions are gentle grounded and focused on helping your body and emotions feel safe again.

I offer in person therapy at Dancing Goat Therapy Farm and virtual therapy across New Brunswick and Ontario including Fredericton Woodstock Oromocto and surrounding communities.
